It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite the representation for sub-division of the land which was filed as far back as in August 2023, the respondent no.1 has taken no steps in the matter.

The respondent authorities are represented and do not object to a prayer for consideration of the above representation. In view of the above, WPA/504/2024 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no.1 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 4 August 2023 within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order and after giving a right of hearing to all the affected parties. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and the respondent no.1 is not bound insofar as any finding of the merits of the case is concerned. With the above directions, WPA/504/2024 stands disposed of.
