Mishra ... for the respondents November 03, 2025 [SR] Item No. 6 The petitioner's application for new connection has been rejected on September 02, 2025, with remarks which are quoted below:- "Remarks: Submit complete sale agreement or sale deed or power of attorney of the landed properties with Form-"F" for further necessary action in this regard." If the petitioner files a fresh application in a prescribed form along with necessary documents and complies with formalities, the application shall be processed in accordance with law within a period of two months from receipt of a corrected and complete application.

If the petitioner is found eligible, new connection shall be granted.
