Mishra ... for the respondents November 03, 2025 [SR] Item No. 7 Inspection was conducted on the direction of this Court on October 29, 2025 in the plot in question. According to the report, the house is incomplete. A temporary tin structure had been constructed on an encroached land. Such structure cannot be provided with any permanent electric connection, according to the authorities. Moreover, the earthing and wiring were also found to be incomplete. The technical team did not find the premises to be fit for grant of a supply line. This Court directs that the writ petition should be disposed of by the concerned authority, upon hearing the petitioner and by passing a reasoned order, communicating the reasons as to why new connection cannot be granted to the petitioner at this stage.
