For the respondents October 4, 2024 [SR] Item No. 9 The grievance of the petitioner is directed against the refusal of the authorities to permit the petitioner to deposit land revenue in respect of the subject premises particulars whereof morefully appear from the writ petition. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite repeated attempts to deposit land revenue in respect of the subject premises, the respondent Administration has refused to accept any revenue in respect thereof.

The respondent Administration is represented and submits that the prayer for acceptance of the land revenue in respect of the subject premises may be considered and disposed of by the respondent no.1 which has received the same on 16th September, 2024.

In view of the submissions of the parties, WPA/515/2024 stands disposed of by directing the Administration to consider and dispose of the representation dated 16 September 2024 within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is made clear that there has been no expression on the merits of the representation and the respondent Administration is at liberty to take a decision independently in accordance with law.
