The petitioner has applied for grant of electric connection in the residential premises standing on survey 1/P measuring an area of 400 Sq.mtrs. situated at Homfregunj Village under Ferrargunj Tehsil, South Andaman District on 10.04.2023 but the authorities have rejected the application of the petitioner on 25.04.2023 on the ground that required document no submitted.

Perused the application and the order of rejection, this Court finds that the order of rejection is not sustainable, accordingly the same is set aside. The respondent No.2 is directed to provide the electric connection in the premises of the petitioner within four weeks from the receipt of the copy of the order after compliance of all formalities.

WPA/703/2023 is disposed of.
