Ms.G.Mini, submits that the father of C. Alex Mathew is the recorded owner of a substantial portion of the land and as such the proceedings could not be concluded without holding further demarcation of the land, after hearing Shri Mathew and upon considering the documents.

The Tehsildar, Sri Vijaya Puram, is directed to conclude the proceeding already initiated vide RC No.2492/2017/TPB, which was initiated on the complaint of the petitioner, upon giving an opportunity of hearing to Shri Mathew and upon taking such further steps as may be necessary for concluding the proceeding.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
