It is alleged on behalf of the petitioner that there is a mistake in the revenue records. The same do not correctly reflect the name of the petitioner. On behalf of the respondent Administration, it is submitted that an appropriate order for disposal of the representation may be passed after giving hearing to all stakeholders.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the respondent Administration, WPA/523/2024 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no.2 to consider the same after giving a right of hearing to all stakeholders. It is made clear that there has been no expression on the merits of the case and the respondent no.2 is directed to dispose of the above representation in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
