Kumar ...for the Respondents July 27, 2023 (M.A.Mobin) Item No.15 The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has entered into a sale agreement, unfortunately, the circle rates for the property in respect whereof the sale agreement has been executed, has not yet been notified. Records would reveal that the aforesaid sale agreement has been executed sometimes on or about 20th October, 2021 and notwithstanding the petitioner making a requisite application on 20th December, 2022 till date the valuation certificate has not been issued. Without the valuation certificate the petitioner is unable to get the sale agreement registered.

Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the respective parties and considered the materials on record. I am of the view that the present Writ application can be disposed of by directing the Tehsildar to assess the circle rate of the petitioner's property which forms subject matter

of the sale agreement, on the basis of the circle rate of similar properties in adjacent villages and to communicate such circle rate to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ application stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
