The Superintending Engineer and others Mr. Vivek Xalxo ... for the petitioner Mr. Tulsi Lall Mr. Rakesh Kumar ... for the respondents April 28, 2023 (Bithika) Item No.20 Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has applied for grant of electric connection in the dwelling house of the petitioner standing in survey No. 2/24, measuring an area of 200 sq. meters situated at Diary Farm village under Port Blair Tehsil before the authority on 26.04.2023 but on the same date the authority has rejected the application of the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner has not produced the copy of the High Court's order. The ground of rejection is not sustainable and accordingly the order of rejection is set aside.

Respondent No. 3 is directed to provide electric connection in the premises of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order in compliance of all formalities. WPA No. 709 of 2023 is disposed of.
