Counsel for the petitioner has been served with the report.

Counsel for the petitioner objects to said report. The petitioner may file excption to such report before the Tehsildar, who shall, after hearing of the parties, pass an appropriate final orders on such objection.

If the petitioner is not satisfied with the final order of the Tehsildar, she may approach the Commissioner in appeal.

The Tehsildar, is present in Court. The personal appearance of the Tehsildar is dispensed with. WPA/632/2022 stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
