Shesheer ... for the petitioner Mr. Tulsi Lall Mr. Rakesh Kumar ... for the respondents April 28, 2023 (Bithika) Item No.21 Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has applied for grant of electric connection in the premises of the petitioner standing in survey No. 41, measuring an area of 200 sq. meters situated at Kanyapuram village, Ferrargunj Tehsil, South Andaman before the authority on 29.12.2021 but the authority has rejected the application of the petitioner on 12.01.2022. The rejection order does not reveal any reason. Only it is mentioned that rejected. Accordingly the order of rejection is set aside.

Respondent No. 3 is directed to provide electric connection in the premises of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order in compliance of all formalities. WPA No. 710 of 2023 is disposed of.
