The Andaman & Nicobar Administration and others Mr. Lakshman ... for the petitioner Mr. Tulsi Lall Mr. Rakesh Kumar ... for the respondents April 28, 2023 (Bithika) Item No.25 Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has applied for grant of electric connection in the premises of the petitioner standing in survey No. 418/P, measuring an area of 0.02 hectors situated at Wimberligunj village under Ferrargunj Tehsil, South Andaman District before the authority on 25.09.2022 but the authority has rejected the application of the petitioner on 26.09.2022. There is no reason for rejecting the application and accordingly the order of rejection is set aside.

Respondent No. 3 is directed to provide electric connection in the premises of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order in compliance of all formalities. WPA No. 715 of 2023 is disposed of.
