The petitioner has made an application for mutation of the land measuring about 0.02 hectares out of 0.29 hectares under Survey No.95/P, holding No.14/4 situated at Dollygunj Village, Port Blair Tehsildar.

The application was made on 4th September, 2024. The petitioner only seeks disposal of his representation. 3.

In those circumstances, the Tehsildar, Port Blair shall dispose of the application for mutation date 4th September, 2024 within a period of two months, in accordance with law, from the date of communication of this order. 4.

With the above directions, the writ petition is allowed and disposed of without any order as to costs.
