1. Andaman & Nicobar Administration has placed an order dated 14th August, 2023 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Civil Appeal No. 5014 of 2023.

2. By reason of the said order, the contempt proceedings before this Court have been closed.

3. Let a copy of the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India be kept with the record.

4. Counsel for the Administration has also filed an affidavit on behalf of the contemnor no.2, namely, Shri Keshav Chandra, which is also kept with the record.

5. CPAN 24 of 2023 shall stand disposed of. Consequently, all pending applications being CAN 1 of 2022 and CAN 2 of 2022 are disposed of.

6. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
