The petitioner has made a written communication to the Secretary, Municipal Council, Sri Vijaya Puram, South Andaman District dated 10.03.2025, seeking early disposal of the said case. The said representation is still pending. Ms. A. S. Zinu, learned Advocate appears for writ petitioner and seeks an order to be passed so that the pending case as above be disposed of by the authority expeditiously, in a time bound.

Mano, learned Advocate represented the respondent No. 4. He has controverted the prayer of the writ petitioner for the reason that according to the said respondent, there are deviations committed by the writ petitioner, from the sanctioned plan, as to the construction made by him.

Mr. Rakesh Kumar, learned Advocate appearing for the Union has supported the stand taken by the private respondent and informed that a municipal case has already been initiated against the writ petitioner and that is in progress. Considering all as above I find it proper to dispose of this writ petition by directing the respondent nos. 2/3 (as the case may be) to consider the representation of the writ petitioner dated 10.03.2025 and decide thereupon by delivering a reasoned order, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the parties involved. The said respondent shall allow the parties to rely on documents/plan of construction, if any. He shall pass a reasoned order within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of copy of this order. The writ petition No. WPA. 507 of 2025 is allowed and disposed of.
