It appears from the report that FIR No. 91 of 2018 dated 20.11.2018 under Section 302/34 IPC of PS Humfrygunj was re-registered as FIR 12 of 2025 dated 11.04.2025 under Section 302/34 IPC upon its transfer to PS Crime and Economic Offence.

Admittedly the said case being FIR 91 of 2018 renumbered as FIR 12 of 2025 at PS Crime and Economic Offence has ended in FRT vide order No. 05 of 2025 dated 06.07.2025 and the same has been accepted by the learned Trial Court vide order dated 22.09.2025.

The report as filed be kept with the record. Considering the said report as filed it appears that the petitioner's application at this stage is infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.

The revisional application is accordingly disposed of along with all connected application, if any.
