However, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the said consideration, if the petitioner deems necessary.

In view of the submission of the petitioner, CPAN 32 of 2023 is disposed of as withdrawn.

Leave, however, is given to the petitioner to challenge the subsequent consideration of representation, which may furnish a fresh cause of action, before the appropriate court.
