The grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been supplied the certified copies of the documents/orders as referred to in the application annexed at pages 21-23 of the writ application. It appears that the said application was received by the authorities on 25th October, 2022. No instruction is forthcoming as to why the certified copies of the documents/orders have not yet been supplied to the petitioner. In course of hearing, Mr. Sivabalan, learned advocate appearing for the respondents submits, upon instruction, that the certified copies of the documents as referred to in the petitioner's application, annexed at pages 21-23 of the writ application, shall be supplied to the petitioner within a period of two weeks.

In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.3 to supply the certified copies of the documents as referred to in the petitioner's application within a period of

two weeks from the date of communication of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, may be supplied to the parties upon compliance of usual formalities.
