1. A photostat copy of the affidavit-of-compliance filed by the Sub-Divisional Officer-in-charge, South Andaman be kept with the record.

2. It appears from the affidavit-of-compliance that the order dated 15th December, 2022 has been complied with by the alleged contemnor and an order dated 17th August, 2023 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer in terms of this Court's order dated 15th December, 2022.

3. In that view of the matter, nothing further remains to be decided in this contempt application.

4. CPAN 33 of 2023 shall stand disposed of.

5. Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
