This appeal is directed against the order dated 04th November, 2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in WPA/501/2025 on the ground that the appellant/respondent No.6 in the writ petition was not served with notice and the learned Single Judge has also made certain observation thereby prejudicing the case of the appellant.

We have perused the order dated 04th November, 2025 and on consideration of the same, we are of the view that the said order is purely an innocuous order and also the interest of the appellant has also been protected by the learned Single Judge. If there are any observations made the same is by way of recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner in the writ petition.

In that view of the matter, we see no reason to interfere with the order dated 04.11.2025. Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed.

Before parting with the records we however made it clear that the Forest authorities shall not be influenced by any observations that may have been made by the learned Single Judge while considering the case of the appellant. (Lanusungkum Jamir, J.) (Rai Chattopadhyay, J.)
