In view of the fact that during the pendency of the present writ petition, in terms of the order dated 14th July, 2023, the respondent no.5 had paid the arrears of monthly family pension along with other reliefs including medical allowance for the period under challenge, the grievance of the writ petitioner stands redressed. There is no necessity to go into any other questions raised in the writ petition.

The petitioner is also receiving the monthly pension in time.

The writ petition stands disposed of by recording the aforesaid fact.
