In those circumstances, the Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman District shall dispose of the petitioner's request strictly in accordance with law after carefully verifying all records.

A suitable decision may be taken by the Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman District strictly in accordance with law and be communicated to the petitioner. WPA/721/2022 stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
