By filing the instant writ petition, the writ petitioner is aggrieved for not supplying the valuation certificate by the Respondent Authority more specifically by the Respondent No.2 in respect of the survey No. 499/2 and 533/5. 2.
In support of his contention, Learned Advocate for the writ petitioner submits that the name of the writ petitioner was recorded in respect of the aforesaid two survey numbers and the writ petitioner has also obtained no-dues certificate in respect of the aforesaid two survey numbers since the writ petitioner intends to sell out the aforesaid two plots of land.

It is submitted further that as per rules in order to execute a deed of conveyance a valuation certificate is required which is supposed to be issued by respondent No.2.

It is further submitted that an on-line application dated May 22, 2024 for supplying valuation certificate in respect of the aforesaid two survey numbers have been made but as on this day, no such valuation certificate has been given causing serious prejudice to the writ petitioner since in absence of such valuation certificate the writ petitioner is unable to dispose of the aforesaid two plots of land being survey No. 499/2 and 533/5.

After hearing the Learned Advocates for the writ petitioner and the Respondent Authorities, this Court finds no reason whatsoever on the part of the Respondent No.2 for not issuing valuation certificate as prayed for by the writ petitioner.

In view of such and while disposing the instant writ petition, this Court directs the Respondent No. 2 i.e the Tehshildar, Diglipur Tehsil, North and Middle Andaman to provide valuation certificate in respect of aforementioned two survey numbers to the writ petitioner positively within a period of four weeks from today.

Respondent No.2 is hereby directed to act on the server copy of this order.

Learned Advocate for the Respondent Authorities is requested to communicate the server copy of this order to the respondent No. 2 for his due compliance. 9.
The writ petition being WPA No. 603 of 2024 is disposed of.
