This case has come up for hearing, along with CRM(M)/3/2025 which is in connection with the other accused person, in the same case.

CRM(M)/3/2025 has been considered as the lead case and an order therein has already passed.

Mr. D. ILango, learned advocate, who has represented the petitioner in the instant case has mostly adopted the argument made in CRM(M)/3/2025 by Mr. Deep Chaim Kabir, learned senior advocate, for this petitioner.

Mr. Sumit Kumar Karmakar, learned Public Prosecutor has made common submissions as regards both the accused persons in CRM(M)/3/2025 and CRM(M)/2/2025 respectively. Hence, this case is disposed of in terms of the findings and decisions of this Court in CRM(M)/3/2025. The bail prayer of the petitioner is rejected. CRM(M)/2/2025 is dismissed.
