Mini, Member AWARD The dispute between the parties has been listed for determination by the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised /settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement. The matter has been settled to the effect that in the event, the petitioner applies for new electricity connection with the relevant documents as per Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (for the State of Goa and Union Territories) Electricity Supply Code) Regulation, 2018, new connection shall be given within a month from compliance of all formalities. The grant of connection shall not be construed as declaration of the court on the right, title and interest of the petitioner in respect of the land in question.
