1. This contempt application is filed alleging willful and deliberate violation of this Court's order dated November 21, 2025.

2. Mr. Binnu Kumar, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has submitted that in spite of communication of copy of this order, notice of contempt and copy of this contempt application, no steps have yet been taken on the part of the alleged contemnor for compliance of the order as above.

3. Let the petitioner serve a notice again and come back on the next date of hearing for further consideration.

4. Let this matter be listed after one week on the date of sitting of this Court.
