No.15 of 2016 and the same has not yet been disposed of.
In those circumstances, the Tehsildar, Port Blair shall dispose of the petitioner's application dated 23.11.2021 within a period of three months from date of communication of this order.
The Tehsildar shall carefully examine the records particularly as to whether any fraudulent claims in respect of land is made by the petitioner given the fact that rights are being claimed under a consent decree.
WPA/733/2022 stands disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
