On 7th January, 2025, when the matter was called on, there was none to represent the petitioner. The matter was thereafter listed on 14th January, 2025, there was none to represent the petitioner, but in view of the resolution of the bar. 2.

Today again when the matter is taken up, this Court finds that there is none to represent the petitioner nor a prayer is made for accommodation on his behalf.

It appears to this Court that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter.

The writ petition is dismissed for default.
