The subject matter of the instant public interest litigation is relocation of the LPG Bottling plant by the Indian Oil Corporation from Haddo to Hope Town.

Serious environmental issues and security concerns have been raised by the villagers of the Hope Town in a public hearing. 3.

This Court is of the view that the subject matter of the instant writ petition should be raised before the National Green Tribunal having its Bench at City of Kolkata. 4.

The jurisdiction of the Civil and High Courts has since been curtailed by reason of the National Green Tribunals Act, 2010. 5.

With liberty reserved to the petitioner, if so advised, to approach the National Green Tribunal, the writ petition is disposed of.
