Learned advocate representing the Electricity Department has produced the status report of the petitioner's application wherefrom it appears that the prayer of the petitioner for obtaining electricity stood rejected on 05.09.2024.

The remarks column mentions that the residential certificate submitted by the applicant is not as per the JERC Norms.

It will be open for the petitioner to supply the necessary documents before the concerned authority for obtaining electric connection.

If the petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection of his application, it will be open for the petitioner to challenge the order of rejection in accordance with law.
