The petitioner received a notice dated 27.12.2022 for survey of land occupied by her as a tenant measuring about 0.0340 hectares and 0.0500 hectares.

The survey has been conducted but no final order has been passed as regards the petitioner's holding. 3.

In those circumstances, this Court directs the Assistant Settlement Officer, Revenue Survey, respondent no.2, Port Blair to pass a final order with regard to the petitioner's holding within two months from the date of communication of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. 5.

There shall be no order as to costs.
