Leave is granted to the petitioner to correct the cause title insofar as the respondent no.4 is concerned. Learned counsel for the petitioner may do so in course of the day. 2.

The petitioners claim to have occupied the land in Paschimsagar, Diglipur Tehsil, North and Middle Andaman District in the year 1970 through their predecessor. 3.

They have prayed for regularization of the subject land in terms of the scheme and policy of the year 1978. 4.

Several representations have made 17.12.2013, 28.08.2024 and 04.10.2024 to the respondents. 5.

In those circumstances, the Deputy Commissioner, North and Middle Andaman District, Mayabunder shall consider the representation of the petitioners and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of two months from date. 1.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. 2.

There shall be no order as to costs.
