Liberty is given to the Learned Advocate for the writ petitioner to correct the cause title in respect of respondent No.4 in Court today.

In this writ petition the writ petitioner is aggrieved for non consideration of his representation dated 28.08.2024 as well as demand justice notice dated 04.10.2024 by the Respondent Authority.

Such being the position this Court while disposing the instant writ petition directs the Respondent No. 5 i.e the Deputy Commissioner, North and Middle Andaman, Mayabunder - 744202 to consider the representation dated 28.08.2024 as well as demand justice notice dated 04.10.2024 in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to the writ petitioner and / or his Learned Advocate.

It is further directed that after considering representation, the respondent No.5 shall pass a reasoned order thereafter within a period of 30 days from the date of communication of this order and shall communicate the same to the petitioner forthwith.

The Respondent No.5 is directed to act on the server copy of this order.

Learned Advocate for the Respondent Authority is hereby requested to communicate the server copy of this order to the Respondent No.5 forthwith.
