1. Although the instant contempt application has not been served, the Andaman & Nicobar Administration has shown diligence in causing appearance and filing an affidavit-of-compliance.

2. The order of this Court dated 20th December, 2022 has been complied with and an order has been passed by the Director of Health Services on 22nd February, 2023.

3. In that view of the matter, nothing further remains to be decided in this contempt application.

4. CPAN 40 of 2023 shall stand disposed of.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
