Contempt is alleged of the order dated 13th November, 2024 passed by this Court.

It is submitted that Tehsildar, Port Blair has not yet taken any decision in the matter as directed in the writ petition.

Ms. Mini, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that a copy of the contempt application has been served upon the Tehsildar, Port Blair and there is no representation on his behalf.

In those circumstances, let a Rule be issued as prayed for in the contempt application.

5.

The Tehsildar, Port Blair shall appear virtually before this Court on the adjourned date.

6.

The rule is made returnable on 19th March, 2025.

7.

List the matter accordingly.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
