The petitioner applied before the Tehsildar, Port Blair for demarcation of land under Survey No.193 measuring about 0.300 hectares at Dollygunj Village.

The petitioner claims to be a joint recorded tenant in respect of the said property.

In those circumstances, this Court directs the Tehsildar, Port Blair to effect demarcation within two months from date and communicate the order to the petitioner forthwith thereafter.

If the demarcation is not possible, the reasons shall also be communicated to the petitioner accordingly. 5.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of without any order as to costs.
