1. The order dated 19.02.2026 has been filed in supersession of the earlier order of compliance by the alleged contemnor.
2. It appears that the communication has been made to the all Gram Panchayets as regards the eligibility DRMs entitled to 1/3 minimum pay + DA.
3. Mr. Binu Kumar submits that there are some clerical errors in the list-in-question.
4. This Court grants liberty to Mr. Binu Kumar to sit with the learned counsel for the alleged contemnor and point out the errors and the same may be corrected by the alleged contemnor after due verification of the records.
5. Liberty is reserved to the petitioners and other eligible persons, who have not received the benefit of the said
1/3 minimum pay + DA to take out proceedings in accordance with law, if not already taken out before the appropriate forum.
6. With the aforesaid observations, CPAN 38 of 2025 is disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.
7. There will be no order as to cots.
