The petitioner has not received any response.

In those circumstances, the Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman District shall dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 6th September, strictly in accordance with law and applicable rules.

Due verification of the claim of the petitioner shall be made by the Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman District in accordance with law.

WPA/760/2022 stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
