Learned Advocate for the petitioner seeking direction on the respondent authority to consider application dated 29.12.2023 wherein he prayed to give necessary direction to the persons and officers involved in illegal mutation of his land by hiding his name. 2.

Since the order of mutation was passed by the Tehsildar and a person aggrieved by any order of Tehsildar, has alternative remedy in the form of appeal to challenge the said order before the Appellate Authority i.e. Sub Divisional Officer of the respective area.

In present form, this writ application is not maintainable. 4.

Accordingly, the instant writ application being WPA 633 of 2024 is dismissed.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to take steps before the appropriate authority.

There is no order as to cost.
