The Union of India and others Mrs. Anjili Nag ... for the petitioner Mr. Shatadru Chakraborty Mr. Dibesh Dwivedi ... for the respondents July 26, 2023 [SR] Item No.2 The present writ petition has been preferred primarily praying for issuance of necessary direction upon the learned Tribunal to dispose of the pending Original Application being OA/1278/2018 along with the application for condonation of delay being MA/635/2018.

Ms. Nag, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the copies of the replies filed by the respondents to the application for condonation of delay being MA/635/2018 and the Original Application, being OA No.1278/2018 have been handed over to her by Mr.Sivabalan, learned advocate for the respondents, in Court today and she prays for two weeks time to file the rejoinders to the said replies.

The present writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of requesting the learned Tribunal to dispose of the application for condonation of delay, being MA/635/2018, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, may be supplied to the parties upon compliance of usual formalities.
