Mr. Kumar, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the present writ petition, the competent authority had already disposed of the petitioner's representation by an order dated 17th July, 2023. Let a copy of the same, as produced, be kept on record. As the petitioner's representation has already been considered and disposed of, nothing remains to be decided in the present writ petition.

In view thereof, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ petition since the same has become infructuous. The writ petition being WPA/795/2023 is, accordingly, disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, may be supplied to the parties upon compliance of usual formalities.
