The learned advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the application praying for supply of electricity to the dwelling house of the petitioner standing on survey No.417/P measuring area of 200 sq.mtrts situated at Rajaji Nagar, Garacharma Village Sri Vijaya Puram Tehsil, South Andaman, is pending. He, however, submits that such application shall be disposed of within the time limit as may be fixed by this Court.

In view of the submission made by the learned advocate for the respondents, WPA/577/2025 stands disposed of by directing the respondent authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner dated July 15, 2025 and to dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order, in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible but positively within a period of six weeks from date.
