The son and daughter-in-law have stated to have converted certain house hold articles and valuable.
In the above circumstances, this Court directs the Assistant Commissioner, Campbell Bay to look into the petitioner's complaint forthwith, and take urgent steps in accordance with Rules 20 Chapter VI of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2012.
WPA/779/2022 stands disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
