Considering that the electricity connection is an essential requirement, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent authority, more so respondent No.2 is directed to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 16.06.2025 within fifteen days from the date of this order, on hearing the petitioner and considering the materials on record and the relevant rules and requirement and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.
