The petitioner prays for an order for speedy disposal of Title Suit No. 13 of 2014 pending before the Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Port Blair.

Learned Advocate for the respondents fairly submitted that they are not standing in the way of early disposal of the pending suit as they are also suffering from the hardship of the order of status-quo in respect of the suit property. 3.

In view of the above, learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Port Blair is directed to dispose of the pending Title Suit being No. 13 of 2014 as early as possible without granting unnecessary adjournments.

Accordingly, the CO/52/2024 along with connected application is disposed of.

There is no order as to cost.
