The petitioner's revenue case being TFG RC/459/2024 is pending disposal at the end of the Tehsildar, Ferrargunj. A notice of mutation to interested persons was issued on 12.08.2024 but the case is yet to be disposed of. 2.

The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Tehsildar, Ferrargunj to hear the interested parties and dispose of the revenue case at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. 3.

The fate of the revenue case shall be made known to the parties immediately thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost. 5.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of usual formalities. ( Amrita Sinha, J. )
