As it appears that the prayer of the petitioner is pending for consideration before the official respondent, accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Assistant Labour Commissioner to take steps for disposing of the prayer of the petitioner in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order.
