Nithya Vs The Deputy Commissioner and another Mr. K.Vijay Kumar ... for the petitioner Ms. Babita Das ... for the respondents January 8, 2025 [AKB] Item Nos.10 The learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the recorded tenant in respect of land bearing survey no. 123/1/2 classified as Hilly, survey no. 154/1/3 classified as hilly, survey no. 63/2 classified as paddy, survey no.63/4 classified as paddy and survey no. 67/2 classified as paddy.

He further submits that in respect of these aforementioned lands the petitioner had sought for valuation certificate from the office of the Tehsildar, Diglipur on 27.04.2024 and as the petitioner was not provided the valuation certificate the petitioner has been compelled to file the present writ application on 22.11.2024.

The learned counsel representing the respondents submits that valuation certificate in respect of the lands mentioned above have already been provided online on 05.12.2024. The learned counsel representing the petitioner further submits that he has obtained the same.

As the petitioner has already obtained the valuation certificate in respect of the lands which she had sought for so no direction is required to be passed in the present writ application. As such the present writ petition is disposed of. (Supratim Bhattacharya, J.)
