A report signed by the Manager (Cargo Operation), Port Management Board, Andaman and Nicobar Administration, on 09.12.2024 has been placed before this Court by the Senior Counsel representing the said authority.

The report mentions that Space Allotment Committee recommended for further extension of temporary allocation of open space measuring an area of 150 Sq.ft (13.935 sqm) at Swaraj Dweep Jetty for Nescafe Kiosk to M/s SR Trading Company, Sri Vijaya Puram for three months with effect from 01.12.2024 to 28.02.2025. All other terms and conditions stipulated in the allocation letter no.102/EO/PMB/23-24/1571 dated 27.04.2024 shall remain unchanged and to be followed strictly.

In view of the report placed before this Court today, the cause of action for filing the instant writ petition does not survive any further.

The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. 5.

The parties shall take steps in accordance with the report filed today. Let a copy of the report be made over to the petitioner or her counsel in the course of the day. 6.
