Perused the additional affidavit filed by the alleged contemnors wherein it has been mentioned that the admissible amount of Rs. 44,708/- that is payable to the applicant has already been disbursed and the reimbursement for the sum of Rs.6,86,006/- cannot be made in the absence of supporting Rules. 2.

Whether the applicant would be entitled to complete reimbursement of the medical bill submitted by him has to be adjudicated in a fresh proceeding. 3.

Since we find that there has been substantial compliance of the order passed by this Court, there is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further.

Accordingly, the contempt application stands disposed of.

It will be open for the writ petitioner/applicant to challenge the action of the respondent in a proper proceeding in accordance with law.
